Move as much as you know you should.
At last.
We’ll get you exercising your way with coaching, daily check-ins, and a supportive community.

What is We Hate Exercise and why should you do it?
If you struggle to exercise as much as you know you should, don’t know where to start, or just hate the slog, We Hate Exercise is here to get you moving—and keep you motivated. You choose what exercise you do and when you do it. We’re not an app full of endless videos to drown in; we give you a clear plan and make sure you follow it, with real human support (not AI!) so you never feel alone.
How it works
We Hate Exercise is offered as a 12-week program through doctors’ offices and health insurance companies. Ask yours if it’s available—if it is, they’ll get you signed up. Once you’re enrolled, here’s how it works.
Step 1 join a team
The first thing you’ll do is get placed on a supportive team with others who struggle to exercise consistently.

Step 2 take an exercise inventory
Next you’ll share your exercise history, goals, and the obstacles that have gotten in your way—so we know exactly how to help.

Step 3 get coached
Then you’ll message with your real human coach (not AI!) to set an achievable exercise goal tailored just to you – walking daily, jogging a few times a week, yoga on the weekends, etc. The coach will help keep you on track with whatever you decide.

Step 4 receive daily motivation
For the next 12 weeks, every time you log in to track your progress, we’ll be waiting with tools to keep you going—additional coaching, science-based tips, fun prizes, lighthearted exercise challenges, and even a financial pledge you’ve made to yourself.
