Stuck on your couch? We Hate Exercise centers honest feelings and unites people to get active anyway. We aim to change the fact that 75% of US adults aren't active enough and 60% wish they exercised more. Everyone knows exercise is good for every part of the body, including the brain. Let us help you finally meet your exercise goals!
Our program makes it easy for you to join a team, get connected with a partner, and get active! After perfecting our methodology with nearly 100 participants, we are now running beta test cohorts to ensure the app's features, functionality and design are exactly what people want.
Dr. Samantha "Sam" Monson is a clinical psychologist and lifelong exercise hater. She's heard from thousands of patients about their struggles with exercise. She also has cystic fibrosis so reluctantly prioritizes exercise for her lung health. She deeply understands the challenges of getting active, and founded We Hate Exercise to get people active anyway.
